Shipping Information

Where We Ship

We ship to the 48 continental United States. Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, Guam, American Samoa, or the Northern Mariana Islands at this time due to the perishable nature of our products.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed after 12:00 PM MST or on weekends/holidays will be processed the next business day.

Packaging

All of our products are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. Perishable items are shipped with appropriate insulation and ice packs when necessary to maintain freshness.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information. You can also track your order by logging into your account and viewing your order history.


Returns & Refunds

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged items and packaging
  • A brief description of the issue

We will promptly send a replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping costs.

Non-Perishable Items

Non-perishable items may be returned within 30 days of delivery if:

  • The item is unopened and in its original packaging
  • The item is in resalable condition

To initiate a return, please contact us with your order number and reason for return. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was damaged or defective.

Perishable Items

Due to the nature of food products, we cannot accept returns on perishable items unless they arrive damaged or spoiled. If you receive a perishable item that is not up to our quality standards, please contact us immediately with photos and we will make it right.

Refund Processing

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item (for non-perishable returns) or approval (for damaged/defective claims). Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled within 2 hours of placement for a full refund. After this window, orders enter processing and cannot be cancelled.
