Orders & Shipping
How long will it take to receive my order?
Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days, while expedited shipping takes 2-3 business days. Orders are processed within 1-2 business days before shipping.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $75 to the continental United States.
Can you ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico?
Unfortunately, we currently only ship to the 48 continental United States due to the perishable nature of some of our products. We hope to expand our shipping options in the future.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with tracking information. You can also log into your account to view your order status and tracking details.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placement. After that, orders enter processing and cannot be modified. Please contact us immediately if you need to make changes.

Are your products authentic Italian imports?
Yes! We carefully source authentic Italian products, including pasta, olive oil, vinegars, tomatoes, and specialty items. Many of our products are imported directly from Italy.
How should I store your products?

- Perishables: Refrigerate upon arrival

Shelf life varies by product. All items are shipped well within their expiration dates, and specific "best by" dates are printed on each package.
Do you have allergen information available?
Yes! Allergen information is displayed on each product page. Common allergens like wheat, dairy, nuts, and soy are clearly indicated. If you have specific concerns, please contact us before ordering.

What is your return policy?

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number, photos of the damage, and a description of the issue. We'll send a replacement or issue a refund promptly.
